1. Cancellation Policy
For One-Way & Round-Trip Bookings
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if applicable).
- Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the total fare.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours or after driver dispatch: No refund.
For Hourly Rentals & Outstation Trips
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund (minus any processing fees).
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or after driver dispatch: No refund.
2. No-Show Policy
- If the passenger fails to board the cab within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the booking will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Trip Modifications
- Any modifications (date, time, destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If the modification leads to a cancellation, the cancellation policy will apply.
5. Driver Cancellations & Service Failures
- If a trip is canceled by Cab 4 Trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- If an alternative cab is arranged, no refund will be provided unless declined by the customer before dispatch.
